Petition to give forgotten Disney More Love

Hello. I am a huge Disney fan and I decided to make an A to Z list of various Disney things. I hope you enjoy it. : 3

A  Anaheim  

Anaheim California is the home of DisneyLand, since July 17th 1955. Like Disney World it's one of the best vacation spots for Disney Fans. It's the home of the lovable Disney Characters: Mickey Mouse the big cheese himself and the mascot of The Walt Disney Company. Minnie Mouse the fashionable, strong hearted and caring young lady. Pluto the faithful companion of Mickey Mouse, who's silly but good hearted. Goofy is a loving father who can be clumsy, but he means well. Donald is a short tempered duck, but he knows his friends are important. Daisy a strong minded duck with a keen sense of fashion and the girlfriend of Donald Duck.  

Disneyland's also the home of the statue of Mickey Mouse and the creative master mind behind the company, Walt Disney.

 There are many fun places to visit too, including: Main Street U.S.A.,TomorrowLand,FantasyLand,AdventureLand, and Mickey's ToonTown.

And when you drive in you're greeted with this beautiful DisneyLand sign with pastel flags and the motto "The Happiest Place on Earth" and if you're a Disney fan that's probably true!

B  Belle

Belle is the protagonist of the 1991 Disney film Beauty and The Beast, as well as two sequels, one of them Enchanted Christmas, is about how Belle brought the joy of Christmas to The Beast's castle during her time trapped.

Belle is a smart, book loving, independent, and strong minded young woman. Gaston is love struck with her, but Belle is not interested in his advances. She also loves her inventor father Maurice deeply and took his place in the cell of the Beast's Castle.

While there she meets many new friends, the Beast's servants who have been turned into enchanted objects by a curse (The book The Beast Within, they give her a back story and a name, Circe. Although it contradicts her appearance in Enchanted Christmas.)

C  Cinderella

Cinderella is one of the classic Disney Princesses, her movie is based on an old Italian Fairy tale.

Cinderella is forced to be a maid for her mean step mother Lady Tremaine and her cruel Step Sisters Drizella and Anastasia (Who in Cinderella II, and Cinderella III: A Twist in Time, redeemed herself and became kinder),

With the help of her Fairy Godmother she gets a beautiful dress and a chance to go to the ball, where she dances with The Prince and falls in love.

Cinderella is a classic and has had 2 sequels (My personal favorite of all the films being A Twist in Time). It's also had a 2015 remake, like many other Disney classics will soon have.

Cinderella II is a collection of short film narratives. One of them focuses on the step sister Anastasia, and how she finds love with a baker, with some help from Cinderella. Because of this she is no longer cruel and might even see Cinderella as a sister.

  My favorite of all the Cinderella films is Cinderella III: A Twist in Time. Because Cinderella got married to the prince, the step sisters are stuck having to clean and do the other chores Cinderella used to do. They come across The Fairy Godmother's wand and they change the past so Anastasia was the one who dances with the prince, and the slipper fit her. Cinderella has to earn her happily ever after this time and prove to the prince she's his true love. Anastasia also has character development in this as well and like Cinderella 2, she starts to respect her step sister.

D  Doug

Doug? Yes after Nickelodeon was done with the show, Disney bought Jumbo Pictures so they could make a series of their own.

They also made a movie called Doug's First Movie, which took a darker more edgier approach, with Doug and Skeeter hiding the Lucky Duck Lake Monster. They learn how polluted the lake is and try to expose it.

There was also a stage show called Doug Live! Doug wins a radio contest to get tickets for a reunion show of The Beets, he and Skeeter's favorite band in the Nickelodeon version, who broke up in the Disney version. He wants to ask his crush Patty Mayonnaise to go with him, but is shy, fearing she might reject him. He reads a book to try and help him, but he's still scared of rejection. It turns out Roger Klotz, the school bully has also got tickets and invites Patty, who accepts. Doug imagines himself as Quailman who saves Patty from an evil Roger. They meet up at the show and afterwards he walks her home.

E Elsa

Elsa is the queen of Arendelle in the film Frozen. She has the power of ice and snow, and after she accidentally hurts her sister Anna, she tries to hide her powers.

After her powers are accidentally reveled during her Coronation, she runs off and discovers the beauty of her powers. She even makes a castle and dress made of ice.

One of the greatest things she created was Olaf. Her powers brought a new life into the world. A life with a personality,feelings,likes and dislikes.

F  Figaro

Figaro is the mischievous kitten from The Classic movie Pinocchio. Not only that, but he's playful and adorable.

Sometimes he's Gepetto's cat, but sometimes he's also Minnie Mouse's cat. He's featured in Minnie's Bowtoons as well as some of the older classic Minnie Mouse shorts.

And who can forget that kiss he gave Cleo after Pinocchio became a real boy?

G Gravity Falls

Gravity Falls is a Disney Channel\Disney XD show that has done really well. It seems to be one of the most popular current Disney shows. It's about two twins, Dipper and Mabel Pines, who go to Gravity Falls to stay with their Grunkle Stan at his tourist trap The Mystery Shack. However, weird things go on in Gravity Falls, and Dipper and Mabel seem to be the only ones who notice.

H  Hannah Montana

Hannah Montana was really popular when I was younger, in fact I have a few things of it in my Disney collection. Hannah Montana was played by Miley Cyrus, who wore a blonde wig to portray her. In the show Miley Stewart is a normal girl who moved to Malibu, and is best friends with a skateboarder energetic girl named Lily, and an awkward Hannah Super-Fan Oliver. However she has a secret: She's the pop star Hannah Montana. She has to keep this a secret, but eventually her friends Lily and Oliver find out. Lily even adopts an alternate personality, Lolo (which consists of wearing a pink wig). Some other characters of focus are Roxy, Hannah's overprotective body guard, Jackson, Miley's older brother who works at Rico's Surf Shack on the beach, and Miley's father Billy Stewart. 

I  (On) Ice

Disney on Ice is an Ice skating show that started in 1981. It is know for showing re tellings  of Classic Disney stories and to celebrate achievements of the company, like 1999's 100 Years of magic. Some of the other shows included:  Dare to Dream, Treasure Trove, Let's Party!, and the most recent addition, Frozen. The ice show of Frozen seems appropriate since most of the movie is spent in the snow and ice caused by Elsa's powers.

J   Jake and The Neverland Pirates

Jake is a child pirate from Jake and The Neverland Pirates, inspired by the 1953 film Peter Pan (And possibly other adaptations done by Disney including: 2002's Return to Neverland, which starred Wendy's daughter Jane.) 

The show also includes characters from the original film, like Captain Hook and Mr Smee. Unlike the original film, the show has more inclusion and positive inclusion of female characters, one of them being close friends with Jake.
